Springfield-based stainless steel manufacturer Paul Mueller Co. (OTC: MUEL) has completed a tender offer announced last month.
The company bought back 824 shares for $362,560, according to a news release. The tender offer, which started May 8 and ended June 5, was for up to 35,000 shares for a total of $15.4 million, according to past reporting.
In the first quarter, Mueller Co. cited delays on long-term projects in reporting net income of $2.3 million, a 53.3% drop from $4.9 million in first-quarter 2025, according to past reporting.
The company's over-the-counter stock closed yesterday at $466.89 per share. Its 52-week range is $286 to $575 per share.
