Welcome to No Ceiling!
For Springfield Business Journal’s inaugural podcast, I interviewed local women on their journey to the top of their professions, and the challenges and triumphs they faced along the way. These 10 women have shown there truly is no ceiling to success.
As you read more about the 10 guests of No Ceiling Season 1 on the pages that follow, and listen to their full episodes wherever you find your podcasts, I hope you’re met with the same awe as I was conducting these interviews. There’s something incredible that happens when people authentically share their stories. By bravely opening up to discuss intimate details of their personal and professional triumphs and trials, we gain the wisdom that flows from their life lessons. These women made me laugh and cry, but they also made me reflect. More than ever, we’re all craving opportunities to meaningfully connect with one another. Of course that looks different this year, so I hope this podcast helps to fill that need. There’s no shortage of incredible women in our community, but I can’t wait for you to get to know these 10.
