“I’ve realized that working with other people is one of the most crucial things that you can possibly do, and that you can’t do everything yourself and take it all on yourself,” says Will Carter, Marketing Officer for Central Trust Company. Carter says his biggest mistake, and the one he learned the most from, was not asking for help. Carter says you should remember it’s okay to delegate responsibilities and ask for help when you need it. Carter is a Springfield Business Journal 2019 40 Under 40 honoree.
