eeMcKinsey & Co. removed Senior Partner Chris Bradley from his leadership role at the McKinsey Global Institute following comments on LinkedIn.
Bradley, who remains a senior partner, commented on LinkedIn about the workplace "glass cliff" — a term describing the tendency for women to be offered CEO positions at companies in crisis or turnaround situations.
Bradley reportedly described the glass cliff as "a very convenient way to always be a victim in the rain."
