Man sues Powerball lottery over error

A Washington, D.C., resident who thought he won a $340 million Powerball jackpot is suing the game’s administrators.

Powerball officials say the jackpot's website only showed John Cheeks' winning combination by mistake.

Powerball officials say the numbers on Cheeks' ticket were posted in error by a quality assurance team during website testing.
