JPMorgan buys 250K acres of timberland

JPMorgan Chase purchased 250,000 acres of timberland.

The timberland is located at three sites in the southeast United States. The price was $500 million.

JPMorgan's Campbell Global, an investment manager with three decades of experience in natural resource management, will oversee the woodlands.
