ISPs subject to new labeling rules

New rules are rolling out requiring internet service providers to label their services and costs.

ISPs must show so-called "nutrition labels" if they have more than 100,000 subscribers.

The upfront labels include companies' plans, fees and any additional costs, as well as download and upload speeds.
