Google pens deal with Reddit for AI training data

Google has inked a deal with Reddit to access artificial intelligence training data from the company.

The deal gives Google access to Reddit’s data API, which delivers real-time content from Reddit’s platform, according to The Verge.

Prior to the announcement, a media report recently put the value of a deal between Reddit and an unnamed AI company at $60 million.
