Project description: U-Haul Co. of Missouri is constructing two buildings visible to travelers on U.S. Highway 65 in Ozark. Located on the west side of the highway, just south of the intersection with Missouri Highway CC, the frame is in place for the first of these. The finished structure is intended to house portable storage and moving containers called U-Boxes. Next to it, the slab has been poured for a U-Haul Truck Share 24/7 facility, which will feature technology to allow self-pickup and return of trucks through smartphones at any hour. Company representative Aaron Self said U-Haul Co. of Missouri saw Ozark as the ideal site for the modernized facilities. “Our company aims to partner with modern communities,” he said.
