Project description: A new shopping center is under construction at the site of the former Ozark Fire Station II, according to Kyle Estes of Estes Capital & Investment. The building is fittingly named after the firehouse as Station II Plaza. Mudhouse Coffee has leased the east 2,500 square feet of the building. That half features a drive-thru, and the downtown Springfield coffeehouse will expand to Ozark to offer the first brick-and-mortar drive-thru coffee shop in the city, Estes said. Two additional 1,500-square-foot spaces are available for lease through Estes Stancer Commercial Group LLC, with lease prices ranging from $20 to $24 per square foot via a triple-net lease agreement, Estes said.
Mercy Springfield Communities relocated a clinic; San Clemente, California-based law firm Gilson Daub Inc. expanded to the Springfield market; and a second video gaming center for Contender eSports Springfield LLC opened in the Queen City.
