Project description: Logan West Living is a multifamily complex of seven single-story buildings containing 31 two-bedroom units and eight three-bedroom units. The development is located on more than 6 acres near U.S. Highway 60. Exteriors will consist of vinyl siding and stone, plus composition roofing. According to project manager Brendan Butler, Morelock Builders has had similar projects in Rogersville over the past several years. “It’s right next to the highway and not too far from downtown,” he said. The development includes a community area, a children’s playground and several units that are equipped for people with disabilities. Units have single-car garage, water, sewer and trash provided. Preleasing is underway, Butler said. According to property manager HRM Services’ website, two-bedroom, two-bath units range from $345-$650 per month, while three-bedroom, two-bath units are $395-$700.
