Project description: A building suitable for office or retail space is under construction at the northwest corner of Chestnut Expressway and Grant Avenue. It will feature six units sized at 1,375 square feet each, with combinations possible, according to broker Steve Reith of Battlecreek Properties Inc. Reith said the environment on Grant Avenue continues to change and improve, and he said zoning for the property allows for multiple uses. “A coffee shop would work very well,” he said, adding that the high-traffic area is currently underserved. “Hopefully, we’ll get some good tenants,” he said.
