Project description: Arvest Bank’s Springfield regional operation broke ground in November 2025 on its first building in the Republic area, according to past Springfield Business Journal reporting. The branch – Arvest’s 14th in the Springfield region – is going up at the intersection of U.S. Highway 60 and South Farm Road 103 near the Stone Creek Falls development. Past SBJ reporting states that plans call for the branch to house some eight employees led by Mindy Thompson, branch administrator for Arvest, with services to include mortgage lending, business banking and wealth management. A commercial drive-thru is in the plans, as are two ATMs with live teller lanes.
