“My diversity is more than gender and race, and so we have a mosaic that runs on our intranet, so our employees can put the three things that make them diverse, and oh, by the way, I don’t let you put your gender and your race or your name,” says Susan Stith, Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion and Corporate Giving for Express Scripts. Stith says she wants to know the other things that make you diverse, such as hobbies like reading, poetry, or photography. “We’ve created communities. We probably have 4,000 people — it’s the number one item that our people go to on the intranet every day.”

A safe room and classroom addition at Willard Central Elementary School will be used by the music, arts and athletic programs for a district that had 4,536 students last year, according to Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education figures, but school officials say enrollment is projected to grow.
