Springfield, MO
The first Springfield location for Utah-based gourmet cookie chain Crumbl Cookies is expected to open this year at Glenstone Avenue and Kearney Street.
Candyce Paige, a spokesperson for the company, said the store at 2415 N. Glenstone Ave. is targeted for opening at the end of 2023.
"This is subject to change depending on construction and supply chain," Paige said via email.
Franchisees Trevor and Porter Curtis are behind the store plans at a retail building located in front of DoubleTree by Hilton. Trevor Curtis previously told Springfield Business Journal the location would be the middle spot of the building that also houses Echelon Coffee and an AT&T store.
"Springfield is such a unique place. I love the atmosphere there," Curtis told Springfield Business Journal in February, noting two Crumbl Cookies stores are planned in the Queen City.
Crumbl Cookies has over 200 flavors of cookies, including milk chocolate chip, churro, blueberry muffin and Key lime pie, as well as a rotating menu, according to past reporting.
