The Creve Coeur City Council has approved an incentive package for a planned project at Bayer's former campus.
Fireside Financial and Jack Matthews Development are planning a $985 million project called Olia Village on half of the former Bayer campus.
The incentives include an abatement on $86 million in real estate taxes on new construction over the next 25 years.
