Company buys Lee's Summit shopping center for $103M

CTO Realty Growth has acquired an open-air shopping center in Lee's Summit.

The company reportedly paid $103 million for the 545,000-square-foot shopping center.

“Summit Woods Crossing is a market-dominant, open-air center that is nearly 100% occupied and strengthens our presence in Kansas City,” CTO Realty Growth President and CEO John P. Albright said.
