Cinemark has been sued over its drink cup size.
A proposed class-action lawsuit filed by Shane Waldrop alleges the theater chain’s 24-ounce drink cups can only hold a maximum of 22 ounces.
Waldrop reportedly took a container home and tested it after ordering a 24-ounce beer from a Texas Cinemark theater on Valentine’s Day.
