The Centene Foundation and St. Louis-based McCormack Baron Salazar have formed an affordable housing partnership.
The foundation has agreed to support McCormack Baron’s pre-development design and planning work via below market-rate loans, according to the St. Louis Business Journal.
The partnership is expected to support around $900 million of work in lower-income communities nationwide.
