Springfield-based public accounting firm BKD LLP named a new chief legal officer.
Jennifer Hannah, the company's general counsel who works out of Kansas City, was promoted to the role, effective June 1, 2022.
She'll succeed Tim McNamara, who will retire at the end of May 2022 after six years in the role.
