Embolden Boutique by Kind & Caring Inc. is shuttering its 167 Washington Ave. store in Billings on Feb. 26 after opening in late 2019, according to a news release. The nonprofit, Kind & Caring Inc. – The Brett Keeling Legacy, was founded in 2019 after the death of President Amy Keeling's son, and it works to promote kindness and inclusion, help grieving families and provide scholarships for local high school seniors.
“We have thoroughly enjoyed our time in Billings, a community that welcomed us with open arms, and we will certainly miss spending time with everyone at the store," Amy Keeling said in the release. "We’re ecstatic about the growth of our brand, and we’re excited for the opportunity to help even more people as we continue to grow."
Embolden Boutique helps Kind & Caring fund and expand its memorial scholarship program. Currently available to high school seniors in Billings and Clever, the organization is expanding the scholarship program to one that is available to a senior at Hurley High School and one that is not limited by location.
Embolden Boutique sells women's, men's and children's clothing, as well as shoes and accessories, according to its website.
A liquidation sale is being held until the closure date later this month, according to the release.
