California-based lab developer Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc. has plans for a "mega campus" in Boston.
Alexandria recently put around $155 million toward newly created joint ventures that own properties in the city, according to the Boston Business Journal.
The life science campus would be built at the current site of industrial buildings.
