2022 40 Under 40: Carl Fauth

Life360 Community Services

Posted online

Carl Fauth knows nobody can do it alone, that’s why he’s proud to call himself a team builder. As the first human resources director for Life360 Community Services, in just nine months Fauth has taken on responsibilities previously split among senior leadership, allowing their roles to grow and the team to flourish.

A former SRC Holdings Corp. employee, Fauth, 39, is a trained Great Game of Business coach, handy knowledge for team building. With that, he’s helped raise the starting wage of all employees to $14 an hour. He also volunteers as a personal finance coach, enabling clients to pay off a combined $450,000 in debt in a short amount of time.

“I want to grow a financially wise community that cares for each other,” he says. “I understand that my successes and failures are bigger than myself.”

First job? A grocery store. I learned the valuable lesson of customer service and that there is a reward for hard work.

Best productivity hack? Continuing to learn. Also, tackling the tasks you hate first thing in the morning.

Favorite podcast/book? “Eat That Frog!” by Brain Tracy. I am also a sucker for a Crime Junkies podcast.

Favorite hobby or creative outlet? As a musician, I love grabbing a guitar with several other like-minded friends and playing.
