UMSL receives $5M grant

The University of Missouri–St. Louis received a $5.1 million grant from the U.S. Department of Education.

The funding is earmarked to help improve literacy at 40 St. Louis-area schools.

St. Louis Public Schools and the Francis Howell School District are among districts to benefit from the funds.
