Missouri is among several states that reached a settlement with San Francisco web-based electronic health records company Practice Fusion Inc.
The settlement follows allegations that Practice Fusion accepted payments from some drugmakers in exchange for promoting their products to physicians.
Missouri's Medicaid program is receiving nearly $1 million.
