MSU Ann Kampeter Health Sciences Hall, Phase I renovation

Hood-Rich Inc. designed the renovation of Missouri State University’s Ann Kampeter Health Sciences Hall. The estimated $8 million project includes work on all four floors of the building, exterior site improvements and a new roof, as well as mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades throughout. The first floor will feature a new student advisement center, updated waiting room for the Speech and Language Clinic, student lounge and study spaces, renovated restrooms and new finishes. The second, third and fourth floor work includes new finishes in all main corridors, renovated restrooms, new student lounge/study spaces and classroom renovations. Mettemeyer Engineering LLC is the structural engineer and Interpres Building Solutions LLC is the MEP engineer, with frankZdesign LLC as landscape architect. A general contractor has not yet been selected. The project is slated for completion in August 2022.
