Ride-hailing company Lyft announced it's conducting layoffs.
Nearly 1,100 employees, or 26% of its corporate workforce, are being let go, according to CNBC.
The Wall Street Journal, citing sources familiar with the matter, earlier this month reported layoffs were on their way at Lyft.
