A Branson retail center built in 2015 has changed hands in a multimillion-dollar deal.
Calabasas, California-based Marcus & Millichap Inc. (NYSE: MMI), which served as broker of the deal, announced the sale of Lakeside Shoppes at Branson Landing in a news release this morning. The 30,763-square-foot retail center, which is directly adjacent to the Branson Landing, sold for $9.1 million, Marcus & Millichap officials say.
Ben Branco, senior financial analyst for the firm, said via email that The Odom Organization of Louisiana purchased the retail center from Illinois-based CenterCore Properties LLC.
Tenants of the three-building Lakeside Shoppes include Qdoba Mexican Grill, Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Cold Stone Creamery, according to the release.
Evergreen Hair House opened; the Ozark Chamber of Commerce moved to a new home; and Dirk’s Tavern LLC got its start on C-Street.
