Hickman leases nearly 2,000 square feet from Wayne Shelley for $1,500 the first year, and she subleases to health providers in functional medicine, psychology, behavioral care, social work and massage therapy. “Our philosophy is that true healing occurs when we address our physical, mental and emotional health,” said Hickman, a five-year yoga student at Success Naturally. The Galloway Village office also offers the services of Dr. Rebecca Wiley, registered pharmacist Betsy Burris and Betsy Miller of 2B Organized. Doug and Craig Andrieu moved to Springfield from St. Louis to open the first Bandana’s Bar-B-Q franchise store, they’ve created a new restaurant concept: The Filling Station. General Manager Craig Andrieu said Bandana’s closed July 31 and 16 days later, they opened The Filling Station in the same space, 900 E. Battlefield Road, Ste. 176. Transitioning from country-western decor to car and oil memorabilia, the new concept offers American fare such as catfish, burgers, grilled cheese, shrimp and a pork tenderloin specialty, said Andrieu, who ran Bandana’s the past five years.
