Douglas, CEO of JMark Business Solutions, says there will be 3.7 million positions nationally and 140,000 in the state of Missouri that employers can’t fill in the next eight years. “That gap is going to constrain business’ ability to grow and thrive and be successful,” Douglas says. Automation may be the workforce gap solution for companies struggling to fill open positions.
