Project description: Bryan Properties LLC is bringing a new hotel to center city Springfield. The four-story, 98-room Tru by Hilton is slated for completion next summer. Six houses were demolished to make way for the project, which was designed by H Design Group LLC. A relatively new brand for Hilton, the company’s website lists 63 Tru hotels across the country. Tru by Hilton, according to media reports, is the company’s millennial-focused brand.
