Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc. is the architect and structural engineer for Haffner Family Holdings LLC's project, which will be leased by McCune-Brooks Regional Hospital for its clinics. Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. The 4,000-square-foot medical office building is the first element of the 13-acre McCune Brooks Healthcare Park, which is being developed by the McCune Brooks Foundation. The building has two clinic spaces and is slated for completion later this year.
Plaza Shopping Center gained an arcade with the March 1 opening of The Flying Lap LLC; the repurposing of space operated by Burrell Behavioral Health resulted in the March 18 opening of the company’s second autism center; and a group of downtown business owners teamed up to reopen J.O.B. Public House.
