UMB Bank sues CPA firm

Kansas City-based UMB Bank filed suit against a certified public accounting firm.

The suit against KraftCPAs accuses the accounting firm of providing documents that misstated a borrower's true financial condition.

The client defaulted on more than $16 million in loans and interest.
