TikTok parent company to lay off hundreds

TikTok parent company ByteDance is laying off hundreds of employees.

The company is winding down its video game unit, called Nuverse, according to CNN Business.

ByteDance also is seeking a buyer for Moonton, a video game studio it bought in 2021, according to the report.
