A St. Louis Circuit Court jury has awarded $1.25 million verdict to the plaintiff in a lawsuit involving Bayer's Roundup weed killer product.
The jury found Bayer is liable for St. Louis resident John Durnell developing non-Hodgkins' lymphoma.
He had years of exposure to Roundup, according to the lawsuit.
