Shares of Salesforce, Informatica fall amid acquisition reports

Shares of Salesforce and Informatica fell on Monday following reports that the companies would combine.

Salesforce is seeking to buy Informatica, a software development company, according to media reports.

Shares of Salesforce were down 7% on Monday, with Informatica shares dropping by around 6%.
