Work continues on O'Reilly Automotive Inc.'s 115,819-square-foot headquarters building. The facility is located on 10 acres leased from OGS Properties Inc., a company registered to Jared Enterprises President Jerry Jared. O'Reilly, a publicly traded aftermarket auto parts retailer, will own the building, which officials have said is financed with working capital. The structure is adjacent to O'Reilly's existing corporate offices. When complete, the new building will house about 600 O'Reilly Automotive employees and consolidate corporate staff members on one campus. Completion is slated for April.[[In-content Ad]]
