The organizers of 1 Million Cups Springfield celebrate five years of connecting entrepreneurs over cups of coffee Feb. 13 at Springfield Art Museum.
More than 350 people filled the auditorium to hear a keynote presentation by consummate entrepreneur Jack Stack, founder, president and CEO of SRC Holdings Corp.
“What you guys do here is critically important to our world,” Stack told the crowd.
Booths also lined the walls of the art museum, where 1 Million Cups meets every Wednesday morning.
Moseley’s Discount Office Products was purchased; Side Chick opened in Branson; and the Springfield franchise store of NoBaked Cookie Dough changed ownership.
