Paramount filed a countersuit against Warner Bros. Discovery over "South Park" streaming rights.
Paramount alleges Warner Bros. Discovery is withholding two required payments of $26 million each. Warner Bros. Discovery bought the streaming rights to the show in 2023.
Warner Bros. Discovery alleges in its previously filed lawsuit that Paramount released new “South Park” specials on Paramount+ that should have been streamed on HBO Max.
