Michael Bolling established Moosehaven Saloon & Grill on Feb. 19 at 307 S. National Ave., the former home of Wing Shack, which closed abruptly in December. Bolling operated Bumsteads in Nixa from 2010 until January 2012, when he sold his interest. Moosehaven’s lunch and dinner menu offers steaks, pasta, seafood, burgers and pizza, with prices ranging from $7 to $20. Employing 12, including one former Wing Shack employee, Bolling said customer orders are taken by servers with iPad mini tablets and sent to the kitchen via Wi-Fi. Moosehaven’s 1,300-square-foot space is leased for $2,700 a month for five years with Heyle Realtors & Consulting Services LLC. Hours: 11–1 a.m. Monday through Saturday. Phone: (417) 771-5017. Web:
