Missouri Senate approves $28B budget

The Missouri Senate this week approved a state budget of nearly $28 billion.

The budget falls $50 million short of fully funding the K-12 formula, despite efforts by senators to do just that.

House members last month voted to fully fund the formula, adding $98 million to what schools received last year.
