Mattel Inc. CEO Margo Georgiadis is exiting the toy maker after about a year working at the company.
Georgiadis is leaving to become CEO of genealogy company Ancestry.
At Mattel, Georgiadis will be replaced by Ynon Kreiz, a company director. He'll be the fourth person to become Mattel's CEO in as many years.
