Insurance company to expand outside KC for first time

Intrepid Direct Insurance is expanding outside of the Kansas City area for the first time.

The Overland Park, Kansas-based company is opening a satellite office in Nashville, Tennessee.

“Over the next five to 10 years, we’re expecting steep growth in our business, gaining customers all across the country,” Intrepid Direct President Bill Strout said.
