H.E. Williams' plant additions and renovations – Carthage

Smith-Goth Engineers Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for H.E. Williams’ plant additions and alterations at 831 W. Fairview in Carthage. Meridian Structural Works is the structural engineer and ESC Engineers is the civil engineer. Creative Ink Architects LLC is the architect, and Crossland Construction Co. is the general contractor. The project will provide 93,000 square feet of new manufacturing space, new staff entries, façade upgrades, a 200-person tornado shelter and a state-of-the-art product showroom for H.E. Williams, a lighting manufacturer. Alterations also will include the renovation of 45,000 square feet of existing manufacturing space and office areas into newly configured and expanded corporate offices that will include the company’s Infinity Lighting Division. The project is scheduled for completion in the spring.
