Throughout the Ozarks, there are numerous construction projects taking shape. Here’s a rundown of some of the multimillion-dollar projects under way.

Mercy Orthopedic Hospital, 3101 E. FR 188

With an estimated construction cost of $105 million and 199,000 square feet, completion is anticipated in fall 2013.
Villages at Nathanael Greene, Phase III, 1950 S. Scenic Ave.

With an estimated construction cost of $6 million and 84,966 square feet, completion is slated for September.
Ramada Oasis Convention Center, 2546 N. Glenstone Ave.

With an estimated construction cost of $5.6 million and 13,000 square feet, plus renovations, completion is expected May 31.
Bolivar Aquatic Center, 1710 W. Broadway St., Bolivar

With an estimated cost of $5.5 million and 28,000 square feet, completion is anticipated in late May.

Springfield Police and Fire Training Center, 2620 W. Battlefield Road

With an estimated construction cost of $5.4 million and 28,443 square feet, completion is anticipated July 1.
Dan Kinney Family Center, 2701 S. Blackman Road

With an estimated construction cost of $5.2 million and 38,603 square feet, completion is anticipated in December.
Webster Electric Cooperative, 120 Vivian St., Marshfield

With an estimated construction cost of $4.7 million and 37,900 square feet, completion is anticipated in May.
JEA Senior Living Inc., 1146 E. Lakewood St.

With an estimated construction cost of $3.5 million and 32,355 square feet, completion is expected May 31.
Macadoodles, 1455 E. Independence Road

With an estimated construction cost of $2.5 million and 10,000 square feet, completion is anticipated later this month.
Walmart Neighborhood Market, 3150 W. Republic Road

With an estimated construction cost of $1.7 million and 42,210 square feet, completion is anticipated by early summer; one of four Neighborhood Markets at varied construction stages in Springfield.[[In-content Ad]]
