Project description: TLC Properties Marketing Director Chelsey Bunch said officials with Township 28 in Galloway Village plan a ribbon-cutting ceremony Oct. 7, although the seven-building complex isn’t expected to be finished until June. She said the office and first apartment building would be open as the second apartment building is being finished, and each successive building would open as the next nears completion. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, smoothie bar, fitness center, electric car charging stations and an indoor basketball court. Township 28 is designed with 138 units – ranging from efficiencies to three-bedroom apartments – and rental rates starting at $639 per month, Bunch said.
