Project description: Developer and commercial real estate broker Gregg Stancer is adding a second phase of Golden Park with four town house buildings comprising 18 units. Stancer said he’s investing $8 million across three phases to develop 66 multifamily units on 10 acres. He began with duplexes after gaining Greene County rezoning in 2015. Tom Morris of general contractor Landmark Building & Development Co. said each townhome is slightly over 1,300 square feet, with three bedrooms, a single-car garage and covered patio. Professional Property Management Co. is handling leasing, Stancer said, and rates are expected to be $1,100-$1,200 per month. Another 18 town houses and six duplexes are planned in Phase III.
Missouri State University’s science building, built in 1971 and formerly called Temple Hall, is being reconstructed and updated.
