FDA approves Pfizer gene therapy for bleeding disorder

The Food and Drug Administration gave the green light to a gene therapy for a rare genetic bleeding disorder created by Pfizer.

Marketed as Beqvez, the drug is for adults with moderate to severe hemophilia B.

The drug has a $3.5 million price tag before insurance and rebates.
