Express Scripts to buy EviCore Healthcare for $3.6B

St. Louis-based Express Scripps Holding Co. signed on to buy Bluffton, South Carolina-based EviCore Healthcare.

The $3.6 billion deal would help Express Scripps improve its medical benefit management services.

EviCore manages medical benefits for 100 million people, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
