Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has called on the state's pension fund manager to consider filing legal action against Bud Light parent company AB InBev.
In a letter obtained by CNN, DeSantis said AB InBev “breached legal duties owed to its shareholders” when it decided to associate with “radical social ideologies.”
Bud Lights sales have plummeted since the company entered a partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney.
